Self talk

In communication, we are easily to jump to the conclusion without revisit the belief.
From the model of A (Adversity) ---> B (Beliefs) ---> C (Consequence), it makes me aware of the important of self talk / understanding my own belief. It has material impact to how I react to the environment.

Now, Hebron is starting to write his reflection exercise. I am trying to explore the beliefs with him. It may be difficult for him but sure enrich our sharings.

Once we can identity and change the beliefs, we can have a new story. It likes the inspiration of new spirit. That's why Christian has changes as Jesus inspires us with new life.
